OK, if you've been living under a rock for the last week and have managed to completely avoid all internet, TV and radio, you may have escaped Chris Crocker, the rabid Britney fan sticking up for his beloved after her less than earth-shattering comeback on the MTV VMAs last week.

Having garnered some 7,500,000 hits on YouTube, Chris has also spawned an army of pisstakes - my favourite being this from the always very funny Seth Green:

I was one of those under a rock all week (home schooling) and missed it, so glad you posted it... not really into Britney, the girls are aware (to a degree-you have to be) and we're all still ROFLING about the place.

Word from my 16 year old?

There is not other word for it Mum... that is just 'queer.'

Or from my 11 year old - after explaining Chris was a guy - which I put down to the results of the industrial revolution on mankind...that's just soooo "wierd.'

We all love Seth Green - especially in recent Scooby Doo re-makes.

Thanks for the giggle, poor guy, he understands 'not well, too well.'

If you check out his YouTube page, Chris has been video blogging for quite a while and has a pretty healthy viewership - I think he's been on the TV people's radar for a while... it was th 7,500,000 (now 8,500,000!) hits that puches it over the line. Any TV exec worth his or her salt can see the $$$ there!
